Are you a qualified Occupational Therapist passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life? Join our rehabilitation team to provide quality care across inpatient, outpatient and home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services and manage assigned patient caseloads.

• Conduct initial assessments and regular reassessments to monitor rehabilitation progress.

• Develop individualised rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and evaluate treatment outcomes.

• Coordinate patient follow-ups, rehabilitation case management and discharge planning.

• Collaborate with Physiotherapists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

• Participate in case conferences, team discussions and family meetings.

• Provide patient education and caregiver training to support rehabilitation at home.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure proper handovers.

• Ensure patient safety during rehabilitation sessions and report equipment defects or incidents.

• Follow hospital clinical guidelines and professional standards.
