Responsibilities
Apply well-developed knowledge of facade defects, building envelope performance, and rectification methods to provide technical credibility in client engagements.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and suppliers.
Identify new business opportunities within the construction industry, smart infrastructure.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
