Key Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies for WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Lead and manage regional teams of content creators, designers and video editors, including task allocation, coaching, performance management and resource planning.
• Oversee content calendars, production schedules and quality to ensure timely delivery across locations.
• Plan and review articles, social media posts, video scripts and marketing materials.
• Work with financial and tax professionals to ensure content accuracy.
• Manage client requirements, proposals, project scope, feedback and reporting.
• Support Group branding, lead generation, client events and business development.
• Develop English-language content and support media outreach and partnerships.
• Monitor campaign results, client satisfaction, project costs and team performance.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in social media, content marketing and client project management.
• Proven people management experience, including leading regional teams across multiple locations.
• Experience setting team objectives, allocating resources, coaching staff and managing performance.
• Familiarity with the social media platforms listed above.
• Strong copywriting, editing, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to assess content, design and video quality and provide clear feedback.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in professional services, agency account management or media relations is an advantage.
