Responsibilities
Project Management
Awareness of incoming tender and assisting in data consolidation
Understanding the project requirement and prepare the documents to be submitted.
Current and past data compilation for technical report
Coordinating between consultants,BIM, engineers ,QS or other departments for technical report preparation and presentation
Assist in Manpower planning
Prequalification (PQ) and tender preparation & submission
Database creation and analysis
Application submission to authorities
Assisting in TOC planning, scheduling & progress update
Assisting in Other commercial & corporate reports for tender,research & developments
Coordinating within departments for company awards or events supports
