Job Description
Responsibilities
The tasks and responsibilities for this position include:
Supporting Sales Team when required
Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries
Manage factories on order delivery status
Processing Customers’ purchase orders and expediting delivery schedules
Schedule Just-In-Time delivery of goods to improve the usage of resources
Liaise with forwarders on shipping arrangement
Handle customs on import / export regulatory requirements
Co-ordinate with various inter-departments in regards to the orders
Responsible to drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
Serve as contact point between the suppliers and internal customers
Process billing documentation
Other cognate duties as and when necessary
Candidate Profile:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics.
Experience in order fulfilment, logistics and shipping. Candidates with no experience will also be considered.
Experience in handling shipping and custom clearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Experience working on reports using excel, powerpoint.
Experience in dealing with customers in Global environment.
Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in hands on billing system such as Navision, SAP.
Positive mindset with good working attitude and able to work in a team.
