  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Marketing Execution & Activation

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, from planning and coordination through to implementation and post-campaign evaluation.

  • Develop and execute on-ground marketing activations to increase awareness, engagement and student interest.

  • Plan activities such as campus activations, roadshows, exhibitions, education fairs, open days, student engagement programmes and promotional events.

  • Create engaging brand experiences that allow prospective students and the public to interact directly with the university.

  • Coordinate production of marketing materials, booths, signage, promotional items and other activation requirements.

  • Work with creative teams, agencies, suppliers and vendors to ensure quality execution.

Events & Brand Experience

  • Plan, coordinate and execute university events that strengthen the institution’s brand and stakeholder engagement.

  • Support major events including open days, education fairs, corporate events, conferences, seminars, student activities, graduation-related events and promotional campaigns.

  • Manage event timelines, vendors, logistics, branding, guest coordination and on-site execution.
