This is a full time role available onlyto Malaysians and non Malaysian who have a spouse dependency visa.

As a server (service crew or waiter/waitress) in our kopitiam, you need a friendly attitude, physical stamina for a fast-paced environment, and basic communication skills to handle orders and clean tables.

Core Requirements

• Education & Experience: SPM or secondary school education; previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage. We will provide on the job training

• Language Skills: Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English;

• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours, walk briskly, carry food/drinks trays, and manage heavy table-clearing duties during peak breakfast and lunch rushes

• Personal Traits: Pleasant, polite demeanor, strong teamwork, punctuality, and a clean, neat appearance

Your key job responsibilities include:

• Greeting & Seating: Welcome patrons warmly, help them find seats, and manage queue numbers or waiting lines during busy hours

• Taking Orders:Accurately record food and beverage orders (including local drinks likekopi, teh, or half-boiled eggs) and communicate them to the drink station or kitchen

• Serving & Clearing: Deliver meals and drinks to tables promptly, clear used plates, and wipe down or reset tables for the next customers

• Cashiering / Payments: Handle customer bills, accept cash or digital/e-wallet payments at the counter when required by the shop's setup
