Job Description
Responsibilities
To source potential suppliers in line with specification
Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Generate and verify Purchase Order (PO)
To monitor and prepare purchasing related reports
To coordinate with Project Team and Suppliers for any technical clarification
To coordinate with Project Team for any urgent purchase
To process order and ensure timely delivery from the vendor
Sorting, matching and verifying all incoming Delivery Orders against Sales Invoices or PO
Data Entry- Key in Delivery Orders/Purchase Invoices
To maintain proper record of all purchases
Other Information:
Degree or Diploma in supply chain management, procurement or construction, engineering.
Familiar with construction material and specification would be an advantage.
Construction working experiences without purchasing experience also welcome.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Responsible and reliable.
