AMX Money Exchange Hiring! Full Time TELLER - PARAGON (JB) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 1,700 - Ricebowl

1. Interact with customers face to face to receive, process and give explanation of all of AMX’s products such as money transfers, selling and buying foreign currency while addressing all the necessary associated terms and conditions

2. Strict adherence to AML CFT and Standard Operating Procedure & regulatory compliance.

3. Conduct “Know Your Customer” as part of the task of dealing with customers.

4. Discipline, courteousness and efficiency in the delivery of services when handling customers.

5. To request and verify the customer ID.

6. To guide customers in filing the application form and checking its completeness.

7. To make a copy or scan the ID for new customers for documentation purposes.

8. To count money receives from the customers and check whether it is not fake money.

9. Input the transaction into the system based on the application form filled by the customers.

10. To seek supervisor approval if the transaction exceeds the teller limit resulting in any changes to the exchange rate and charges.

11. To print the transaction receipt, stamp it and give the initial on it before conveying it to the customer.

12. To keep the transaction receipt copy as the transaction document.

13. To handle cash allocation in terms of transfer to or received from the supervisor.

14. Perform general duties such as filling and documentation.

15. Execution of operational activity always with the alignment of AMX’s policy, order, common practice, method and rule going into effect.

16. Handling all remittance/settlement transaction activity and maintaining customer service level according to the Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) Standard.

17. Keep up to date with AMX’s products, services and policies;

18. Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.

Other:

1. To carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when required by management.

2. Ensure timely reporting to Head of Department / Superior.
