Our client is a leading player in their sector and they are in the healthcare services sector. The company has been growing steadily over the years and continues to have expansion plans.

They are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape how they attract, assess, and hire talent across our healthcare services business. You will develop a forward-looking talent strategy while ensuring our teams can recruit efficiently for both high-volume and specialist roles.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You will lead volume recruitment, advance skills-based hiring, strengthen recruitment systems and processes, and develop creative ways to reach talent in a competitive market.

What you’ll do

• Develop and deliver a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business plans, workforce needs, and the healthcare talent market.
• Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns, improving speed, quality, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
• Build skills-based hiring practices, including clear role requirements, structured assessment, and consistent selection methods.
• Strengthen recruitment systems, tools, data, and processes to support effective hiring at scale.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and guide decisions.
• Design and test creative talent attraction initiatives, such as community partnerships, referral programs, events, digital campaigns, and new sourcing channels.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and coach them on workforce planning, inclusive hiring, and effective candidate assessment.
• Lead, develop, and support the talent acquisition team and external recruitment partners.
• Ensure recruitment practices reflect applicable employment requirements and the company’s values and standards.

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading talent acquisition in a complex, people-focused organization; healthcare or another service-intensive sector is an advantage.
• A track record of delivering high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and a positive candidate experience.
• Experience developing talent strategies and translating workforce needs into practical recruitment plans.
• Knowledge of skills-based hiring and structured selection approaches.
• Experience improving recruitment systems, processes, and reporting.
• Evidence of using creative, practical approaches to attract and engage candidates.
• Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders and frontline hiring teams.
• A data-informed, hands-on approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
