Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems.
Liaise and coordinate with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to ensure daily building operations run smoothly.
Supervise vendors and contractors during maintenance work to ensure tasks are completed according to requirements.
Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness of the premises.
Work with contractors and vendors to plan schedules, supervise on-site work, and ensure quality, cost-effective repairs.
Perform hands-on repair work when required, including sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works, and general building maintenance.
Source vendors and compare quotations to support cost-effective procurement decisions.
Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in general maintenance work.
Basic knowledge and skills in electrical work.
Able to understand and communicate in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Basic computer knowledge and skills.
Able to work independently and follow work instructions accurately.
Good awareness of workplace safety and willingness to follow safety procedures.
Capable of performing maintenance duties.
