Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: Diploma / STPM / A-Level

  • Good communication & patience, service-minded.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, logistics system).

  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin fluently.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, can work under pressure.

  • Logistics/customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email & chat

  • Track shipment status and update customers promptly

  • Receive & process orders, handle complaints & enquiries

  • Assist with simple documentation & billing queries

  • Maintain good customer relationships & provide timely updates
