Role Summary

Drive leads and sales through Google SEO and Google Ads, keeping ad spend within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Research keywords and optimise website pages for SEO
• Run technical SEO checks and coordinate fixes
• Manage the Google Business Profile
• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Set up conversion tracking and run A/B tests on ads
• Monitor ad spend, flag overspending, and shift budget to top-performing campaigns
• Deliver a monthly SEO and Ads performance report with recommendations

KPIs

• Organic traffic and keyword ranking growth
• Leads or sales at target CPA/ROAS
• Ad spend within budget

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3 years’ or more experience in SEO and Google Ads
• Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console
• Salary Negotiable base on experience
