Steward Supervisor

As a Steward Supervisor, you will supervise daily stewarding operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety within the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the stewarding team.
- Ensure kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas are clean and well maintained.
- Monitor dishwashing and cleaning operations.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
- Support kitchen and banquet operations as required.
