Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and review civil engineering works in compliance with Singapore standards and regulations.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Supervise site activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Liaise with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Land Transport Authority (LTA), PUB, and other relevant agencies.
• Review contractors' submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Degree recognized by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) is preferred.

Experience

• Fresh graduates may apply for Junior/Graduate Engineer positions.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Engineer/Senior Engineer roles.
• Experience in building construction, infrastructure, MRT, tunneling, or utilities projects is advantageous.
