Commercial Finance & Sales Operations Manager – APAC (6 Month Contract)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support regional finance and sales operations across APAC. The role partners closely with Sales, Finance and Demand Planning teams to improve commercial processes, reporting and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales operations covering contracts, forecasting and order management.

• Drive process improvements across commercial and finance workflows.

• Support SAP S/4HANA and other business transformation initiatives.

• Consolidate monthly commercial KPIs and provide management insights.

• Support month/year-end reporting on sales volumes, margins and variances.

• Monitor receivables, overdue balances and working capital performance.

• Review claims, rebates and accruals during financial closing.

• Support audit, controls and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.

• 8+ years in finance, commercial or sales operations, ideally within an international B2B environment.

• Strong business partnering, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with SAP; exposure to CRM and Power BI is advantageous.

• Strong written and spoken English.
