Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma
No experience required — training will be provided
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Organised, responsible and able to multitask
Able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
Good attention to detail
Willing to learn and take initiative
Suitable for candidates who enjoy organising schedules, coordinating people and solving daily operational issues.
Responsibilities
Arrange and coordinate daily delivery routes
Prepare and update daily delivery schedules
Coordinate with drivers, sales team and customers
Monitor delivery status and follow up on pending deliveries
Handle data entry, filing and other administrative tasks
Assist with daily operational planning and coordination
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
