Join a specialized production support unit to direct operational application monitoring, issue analysis, and system automation across critical financial platforms.

• Deliver functional incident analysis, issue troubleshooting, and timely production resolution within established service level guidelines.

• Conduct deep-dive root cause investigations and collaborate with engineering teams to deploy long-term operational fixes.

• Monitor application health, operational performance, and system metrics using enterprise observability solutions.

• Develop custom automation scripts and query structures to streamline operational support workflows and data investigations.

• Partner with internal business operations teams to communicate issue status, manage runbook documentation, and maintain system stability.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 8 years of technical support experience maintaining enterprise software applications within the financial sector.

• Practical familiarity with cloud platform architectures, container orchestration environments, and database query languages.

• Practical expertise using enterprise logging platforms, performance monitoring frameworks, and scripting languages.

• Strong diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot data issues, analyze operational errors, and support change control procedures.
