Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
Manage Windows OS deployment, software packaging, application deployment, and monthly patching activities.
Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for SCCM infrastructure, client health, software updates, and task sequences.
Develop PowerShell automation for administration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Support MECM integration with Microsoft Intune and co-management initiatives.
Collaborate with Security teams on compliance, vulnerability remediation, Microsoft Defender, and Qualys-related activities.
Monitor platform health, generate compliance reports, and support audit requirements.
Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through ServiceNow.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with
MECM/SCCM
administration in an enterprise environment.
Expertise in software deployment, OS deployment, patch management, compliance, collections, and reporting.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Experience with
Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, PKI, Qualys, and ServiceNow
.
Knowledge of application packaging (MSI, PSADT) and Windows Server infrastructure.
Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
Microsoft certifications and ITIL Foundation are advantageous.
