Executing 360 recruitment cycle (source clients and hire candidates).

Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process.

Providing consultation and solutions to clients.

Sourcing candidates’ CV, filtering by interview and propose to clients.

Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until join date).

Coach and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices, recruitment strategies, and process improvements.

Maintain relationship and active communication with clients.

Maintain relationship with the candidates after placement.

Developing talent pipelines and networking.
