Pathsight Limited Hiring! Full Time Responsible Officer (SFC 7) up to 180k in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Possess hands-on working experience in SFC Type 7 (Automated Trading Services) licensed firms, and be responsible for the iteration optimization, operational improvement and stable operation of electronic trading platforms.

Be proficient in the operational workflows of futures, options, structured products and securities businesses; conduct regular review, optimization and upgrading of operational standard operating procedures (SOPs), and undertake the approval of relevant operational policies and procedures to ensure standardized business execution.

Assist senior management in overseeing daily business compliance management, maintain continuous audit readiness, and ensure full and timely fulfillment of all regulatory reporting obligations to the SFC.

Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in securities dealing, trading system operation and maintenance, or brokerage operational management.

Candidates must be eligible to be approved as a Responsible Officer (RO) for SFC Type 7 regulated activities.

In-depth and solid understanding of SFC regulatory rules and requirements, covering electronic trading mechanisms, Automated Trading System (ATS) specifications, and comprehensive risk management control frameworks.

Candidates with proven practical experience in electronic trading platform management, algorithmic trading risk control, or ATS operational environments are highly preferred.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin; capable of independently drafting compliance reports and completing official regulatory submission documents for the SFC.
