• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting processes

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and office software

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and good communication skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Finance & Accounts

• Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry

• Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain payment records

• Manage customer payments, supplier invoices, and bank reconciliations

• Monitor outstanding payments and related financial documents

• Assist in preparing accounting and audit documentation

Admin Duties

• Handle daily administrative and documentation tasks

• Assist with filing and document organization

• Coordinate internal matters and departmental communication

• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
