Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in factory or production management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.

Backgrounds in Material Science and plating process is an advantage for role.

Ability to lead teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Plan and direct departmental activities to achieve agreed targets, performance, and quality standards.

Set and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for direct reports to achieve objectives related to clients, people, and processes.

Provide leadership in achieving the company’s mission, strategy, goals, and objectives through active participation in departmental strategic alignment.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 management systems within production operations to ensure compliance with standard requirements.

Ensure production of high-quality products at optimum cost across all manufacturing processes.

Plan, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet strict deadlines and operational requirements.

Manage manpower planning and production capacity effectively.

Monitor staff performance and organize necessary training and improvement programs.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements throughout production operations.

Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

Ensure all production activities adhere strictly to established SOPs and company policies.

Monitor product quality standards and analyze production and quality control data to identify and resolve issues.

Identify and implement continuous improvements to production processes, productivity, and efficiency.

Authorize and approve requisition forms related to the production department.

Ensure effective collaboration and coordination between departments and management.

Report operational issues and propose practical solutions to top management for discussion and decision-making.
