Minimum education level: Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Relevant experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is required.

Proven experience in a factory or production management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Cooperative and able to work effectively with all departments.

Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about the manufacturing industry.

Monday to Friday, Saturday alternate.

Oversee and manage the overall daily operation of the factory to ensure smooth and efficient production process.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor productions activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

Manage and coordinate manpower, machinery, materials, and production resources effectively.

Collaborating with relevant departments, including Sales, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Warehouse, to ensure smooth factory operations.

Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
