Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our customer base and revenue. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, and build lasting relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hitting targets and wants room to grow with a company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
• Qualify leads and understand client needs, then present tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company pricing and policies
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business and upselling
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline forecasts to management
• Share market and competitor insights with the team
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements

• Proven ability to meet targets, with a track record you can point to
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and [Bahasa Malaysia / other languages]
• Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Self-motivated, organized, and resilient
• [Own transport / willingness to travel, if applicable]

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
