• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B, retail, entertainment, or branding-related industries.

• Strong proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant desktop publishing tools.

• Added advantage: Skills in motion graphics, video editing, photography, and content creation.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and digital platforms.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics and brand consistency.

1. Creative Direction & Concept Development

• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives

• Translate marketing goals into compelling visual storytelling

2. Design Execution

• Produce high-quality designs across digital and print platforms (social media, advertisements, posters, menus, in-store visuals, signage, etc.)

• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines

3. Brand Management

• Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all touchpoints

• Support the development and enhancement of brand guidelines

4. Campaign & Marketing Support

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, and promotions

• Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets

5. Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers

• Ensure quality and consistency of design outputs

6. Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Meet deadlines while maintaining high design standards

7. Vendor & Production Coordination

• Liaise with external vendors (e.g. printers, suppliers)

• Ensure quality control for all printed and physical materials
