Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous customer service from arrival through completion of the dining experience.
Accurately record and communicate customers’ food and beverage orders to the appropriate team.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with menu selections and provide accurate information on available food and beverage items.
Prepare dining tables for service and clear and reset tables as required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of the dining and service areas.
Assist with customer billing and payment transactions in accordance with established procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to support efficient order preparation and service.
Handle customer enquiries, requests and feedback professionally and escalate matters requiring further assistance.
Observe all applicable food hygiene, workplace safety and restaurant operating procedures.
Undertake other reasonable duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor.
