Yokogawa Hiring! Full Time Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in - Ricebowl

• This position is a contract role. Minimum 1 Year (extendable) with EP sponsor
• Expected onboarding date: within 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects for Singapore clients, working closely with client HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions, and support solution design and implementation.
• Take ownership of assigned SuccessFactors modules throughout the project lifecycle, including configuration, testing, deployment, rollout and post-implementation support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client HR teams, providing functional and solution guidance throughout the implementation.
• Collaborate with regional teams and the Center of Excellence (COE) on project delivery, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and resolution of implementation issues.
• Support user acceptance testing, training and change activities as required.
• Contribute to solution development and pre-sales activities where relevant.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, preferably gained in a consulting environment.
• Experience working directly with Singapore clients / Singapore-based HR stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on functional and/or techno-functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Solid experience in implementing one or more SuccessFactors HCM modules, with the ability to work across multiple modules.
• Certification in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong skills in business requirements analysis, solution design, testing and implementation.
• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in client-facing environments.
• Experience leading a workstream, project or implementation team is preferred.
• Pre-sales experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and support additional SuccessFactors modules as required.
• Candidates with strong SuccessFactors consulting experience and Singapore project exposure are encouraged to apply.
