Minimum 10 years of experience with PVC extrusion machines.

Strong knowledge of PVC extrusion machines, including machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.

Able to monitor and improve production efficiency, output, and machine utilisation.

Experience supervising production operators and leading a production team.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC requirements for PVC extrusion products.

Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement practices is an added advantage.

Supervise daily production operations and production operators.

Oversee PVC extrusion machine setup and operation.

Monitor production efficiency, output, and machine utilisation.

Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.

Ensure production meets required QA/QC standards.

Support process optimisation and continuous improvement activities.
