Responsibilities

• Perform identification, regular maintenance, and replacement of electronic equipment and computer hardware.
• Liaise with government agencies regarding the collection and return of faulty or repaired equipment.
• Track and record fault patterns and equipment failure trends for monthly progress reporting.
• Assist and guide members of the public on using on-site electronic fee collection terminals.
• Ensure operational efficiency and timely troubleshooting of hardware at designated checkpoint sites.

Requirements

• NITEC or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts on a 4-day work week schedule.
• Open to fresh ITE graduates looking to start a technical support career.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good work attitude.
• Requires security clearance for checkpoint work sites

Working Schedule

• 4-day work week schedule. 8 to 8, rotating day and night shift
• 7 days of annual leave (additional 1 day per year).
• Basic + Incentive + OT Allowance
