Location: Secret Basement Gelato – Pagoda Street, Chinatown

About Us

Secret Basement Gelato is an artisanal gelato and dessert brand in Singapore, serving premium gelato, freshly prepared sandwiches, waffles and creative desserts.

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible and customer-oriented team members to join our Chinatown outlet at Pagoda Street.

Job Responsibilities

• Scoop and serve gelato to customers.

• Prepare sandwiches according to menu specifications.

• Prepare waffles, milkshakes, sundaes and other dessert items.

• Assist customers with flavour recommendations and menu selections.

• Operate the POS system and process cashless and cash payments.

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the service counter.

• Replenish gelato, sandwich ingredients, toppings and other supplies.

• Ensure proper food handling, storage and hygiene practices.

• Assist with daily opening and closing duties.

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive and customer-oriented personality.

• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.

• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

• Comfortable interacting with local and international customers.

• Basic food preparation skills are an advantage.

• Previous F&B or retail experience is preferred but not compulsory.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
