1. Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, shipment, delivery, and distribution of goods.

2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.

3. Arrange the receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods.

4. Liaise with suppliers, customers, warehouse staff, and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.

5. Prepare delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, and logistics reports.

6. Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or operational issues.

7. Maintain proper documentation and records of logistics activities.

8. Assist in planning delivery schedules and improving operational efficiency.

9. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in accordance with company procedures.

10. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

2. Experience Required

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, or transportation.

• Experience in coordinating shipments, deliveries, inventory control, and logistics documentation.

• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with suppliers, customers, and transport providers.

• Experience in handling logistics records and preparing operational reports.

• Knowledge of logistics procedures and inventory management practices.

3. Qualifications Required

• Diploma or degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Candidates with relevant working experience and suitable qualifications may also be considered.

• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
