We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Transport Coordinator to support daily transport operations, including vehicle scheduling, driver coordination, dispatch arrangements, route planning, and delivery monitoring.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment, coordinate effectively with multiple parties, and adapt to a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle scheduling, driver assignments, and dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Plan and optimise transport routes to improve efficiency and minimise turnaround time.
• Monitor vehicle movements and delivery progress using the GPS tracking system.
• Identify and follow up on delivery delays, route deviations, vehicle breakdowns, and other operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate transport documentation, operational records, and system entries.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Resolve day-to-day transport issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimise operational disruptions.
• Escalate significant delays, vehicle issues, and driver-related matters to the Supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all transport activities comply with company procedures and operational requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Working Schedule

Rotational Shift:

• 4 days Morning Shift
• 2 days Off
• 4 days Night Shift
• 2 days Off

Candidates must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support continuous transport operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in transport coordination, fleet management, logistics, dispatch, or delivery operation
