• Handle & monitor staff database & personnel files
• Assist in daily, weekly & monthly attendance & leave monitoring
• Assist in payroll calculation of the company.
• Assist in implementing compensation and benefits package
• Handle recruitment, job posting, screening, interview
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Assist in daily operations of the HR department & HQ, including record keeping & documentation
• Assist in other ad -hoc tasks from time to time

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
