Requirements & Qualifications

• The role focuses on developing AI-assisted workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on project experience in Microsoft 365 integration, low-code development, and AI-assisted workflow automation is required.
• AI-related training or certification is preferred.

A. Educational Qualification & Experience

Education: [e.g., Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent field]

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in ICT procurement, vendor management, or public sector procurement processes.

B. Technical & Professional Competencies

Essential (Must-Have)

• Practical knowledge of ICT procurement workflows, tender documentation, and contract lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools and reporting systems.

Preferred (Advantageous)

• Familiarity with government procurement frameworks or public sector statutory guidelines.
• Experience utilizing business applications such as Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, or Excel Power Query for data tracking and supplier management.

C. Soft Skills & Communication Attributes

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex procurement requirements to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
