Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries via email and fax, prioritizing urgent requests and providing timely responses.
• Process delivery orders (DOs), cash invoices, purchase orders, and follow up on pending enquiries, stock availability, and vendor-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams on deliveries and inventory, monitor sales performance, follow up on overdue accounts, and support ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum ITE, Diploma, or GCE O-Level qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proactive, adaptable team player who is willing to take on challenges and work collaboratively.
