Location: Forest City

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
• Manage Accounts Receivable: monitor outstanding invoices, follow up with clients, and ensure timely collection.
• Manage Accounts Payable: process supplier invoices, verify supporting documents, and schedule payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the finance team with reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, MYOB, QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
