Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for Advanced Surgery and Integrated Oncology, aligning with the hospital's overarching goals and values
• Provide visionary leadership to promote innovation, excellence, and the embodiment of hospital values in medical services, training, and research
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Centre of Excellence programs for Advanced Surgery and Integrated Oncology, ensuring seamless coordination
• Manage Training Centre & Affiliates programs and Research Office & Clinical Trials initiatives to uphold standards of excellence
• Foster collaborative relationships with medical professionals, surgeons, researchers, and external affiliates to enhance program outcomes and research initiatives
• Monitor and enhance clinical quality in Advanced Surgery and Integrated Oncology services, ensuring adherence to best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across departments to elevate clinical, training, and research outcomes
• Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs within the Training Centre, ensuring continuous improvement of skills and knowledge among medical staff
• Manage and coordinate the Research Office & Clinical Trials department, ensuring adherence to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and successful execution of clinical trials
• Plan, coordinate, and execute doctor events to highlight the hospital's values and expertise in advanced surgery and integrated oncology

Job Requirement

• Minimum degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Hospital setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good communication and presentation skill
• Able to lead teams for continuous improvement activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent in Microsoft Office – Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Words
• Research and statistical knowledge would be an added advantage

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
