  • Partner with portfolio and corporate function leaders to define improvement initiatives, clarify accountability, and monitor execution against agreed actions, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Evolve the performance framework to support the Group’s transition towards a platform-ready and investor-ready operating model, incorporating investment vehicle returns, asset management performance, and investor-grade reporting.
  • Consolidate complex performance information into clear and actionable insights for the Chief Operations Officer, Management Committee, and Leadership Team, highlighting emerging risks, systemic themes, and areas requiring Group-level intervention.
  • Promote operational excellence across the Group by benchmarking performance, sharing best practices, strengthening performance management capabilities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations for senior executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge senior stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, and drive structured follow-through without direct operational authority.
