DUTIES & RESPCNSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all sub-contractors, inspection, etc.
• Prepare and provide documentation for the Project Team.
• Act as the point of contact for Project Team.
• Must have the ability to organize and focus.
• Propensity for multi-tasking.
• Assist Project Manager/ Project Administrator Executive in all administration functions and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of organization information
• Prepare, organize and distribute all necessary project materials.
• Keep Project Manager/ Project Administrator Executive informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely.
• Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Carry out Ad Hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior/ the Company

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent.

2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3. Able to multitask and work independently

4. Able to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers

5. 1–2 years of experience in Data Centre.

6. Familiarity with project reports, progress reports and document control

7. Willing to travel to JB or work at project sites when required

8. Able to commence work immediately is an advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
