Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Malaysia

• Provide day-to-day system support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of application and server environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain Apache Tomcat application servers.
• Perform basic administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments.
• Investigate and resolve application, server, and system-related issues.
• Support database connectivity, basic queries, and troubleshooting, preferably with Informix Database.
• Monitor system performance, application logs, and server availability.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.

• 1–3 years of experience in System Support, Application Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat.
• Good working knowledge of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Exposure to IBM Informix Database is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
