Role Description:

The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang Valley. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and business execution of DOTRA AI as we expand our AI-powered sports technology platform across pickleball venues.

Responsibilities include coordinating venue onboarding and system deployment, managing relationships with existing venue partners and account holders, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between business development, technical teams, venue operators, and other stakeholders. The role will oversee ongoing account management by maintaining regular communication with existing clients, monitoring platform usage and satisfaction, addressing operational issues, coordinating technical support, and identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and grow existing accounts.

The Operations Executive will also manage internal workflows, track project timelines, maintain operational documentation, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery. Working closely with venue partners, the candidate will ensure DOTRA AI’s systems are implemented effectively, operational issues are resolved promptly, and clients continue to receive value from the platform.

Qualifications

• Operations Management: Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations, establish workflows, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to track key performance indicators, interpret operational data, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Project Coordination: Experience coordinating projects, managing timelines, following up on deliverables, and working across multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, sports venue operators, business partners, and customers.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to resolve operational challenges, improve processes, and adapt to a fast-growing technology business.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, project management platforms, and digital systems. Familiarity with AI-powered platforms, SaaS products, sports technology, or venue management systems is an advantage.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Execution and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and take ownership of tasks from planning through completion.
• Work Arrangement: Willingness to work on-site aound Klang Valley, with the flexibility to coordinate venue deployments and operational activities when required.
