Job Responsibilities
Plan electrical design work for building-services projects.
Develop design criteria and technical/tender specifications.
Prepare coordinated tender and engineering documentation.
Work with other disciplines on feasibility studies and design solutions.
Coordinate installation supervision and review technical delivery on site.
Oversee resident engineering/site-supervision teams where assigned.
Support electrical testing and commissioning activities.
Administer engineering matters under the construction contract.
Coordinate internal and external teams to meet client delivery requirements.
Mentor engineers and review their technical outputs.
Job Requirements
Electrical Engineering degree recognised by Singapore’s Professional Engineers Board.
Singapore PE registration.
Relevant building-services electrical design and consultancy experience.
Knowledge of Singapore codes and authority submissions.
Strong planning, supervision and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
CAD and engineering-design software knowledge advantageous.
Ability to work independently and contribute to team delivery.
