Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for Security Guards to maintain the safety and security of the assigned premises, prevent unauthorized access, safeguard employees, visitors, and company assets.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify suspicious activities, detect potential hazards, and ensure that all security measures are properly maintained
-Monitor and control access to the building by verifying the identities of employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted to enter restricted areas
-Record, document, and report all security-related incidents, accidents, and security breaches to the appropriate authorities or management promptly
-Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches
-Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance checks on security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems
-Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors by offering directions, answering enquiries, and addressing general concerns while maintaining a professional and courteous manner
About you
-Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
-Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
-Strong observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Familiarity with security systems and technology.
-Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures is an advantage.
-Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
-Successful completion of the SOA in Singapore is required. Candidates must hold a valid security officer licence issued by the SPF.
-Capable of standing, walking, and conducting patrols for extended periods.
