Job Description

• Attend to telephone, walk-in, and general inquiries.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail.
• Issue and manage keys, items, and school documents.
• Attend to students in the sick bay and maintain injury records.
• Contact parents regarding unwell students or early dismissal.
• Update staff attendance records and maintain time-off logs.
• Handle lost-and-found cases and maintain records.
• Assist with temperature taking and school activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic computer skills in MS Office and Outlook.
• Organized, meticulous, customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 3 years of front desk and administrative experience, preferably in a school environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
