Responsibilities
Job Scope
Ensure all operations comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Control regulations, as well as relevant statutory requirements.
Follow up on site walk inspection findings raised by the Safety Committee and support the WSH Officer in closing out reports, including assistance in incident and accident investigations.
Ensure daily safety checklists are properly completed and documented, and conduct mass toolbox meetings on a weekly basis.
Coordinate with relevant site personnel to continuously improve worksite safety standards and site cleanliness.
Ensure supervisors and workers strictly adhere to approved safe work procedures.
Assist the WSH Officer in organizing monthly Safety Committee meetings and preparing safety-related reports, including the tracking of safety issues.
Compile and maintain all relevant safety records and reports, and conduct daily site safety inspections.
Supervise workers to ensure safety measures and procedures are implemented in accordance with MOM regulations.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirement
Possess an Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
Min. 2 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry
Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability
Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment
Experience in HDB/JTC/Building & Commercial/Mix Development will be advantageous.

CCR was established on January 2000 with BCA registered capital of 4.8 million. CCr had obtained certificates such as PHSMS, ISO 14000, ISO9000, Green & Gracious and etc. Currently CCR employs around 100 staffs and over one thousand workers.
CCR is specialised in the construction of condominium projects. over the last 14 years, we have been building-up good relationships with a pool of reputable clients and specialists. In addition we have completed more than 30 projects such as condominium, commercial development, hotel and factory. Currently CCR is undertakes private projects namely Botanique, The Terrace EC, 70 Saint Patrick's, 18 Woodsville, M38 Factory, and etc.
