EYFS Tutor (Early Years Foundation Stage)

What the role involves:

• Hourly, part-time, or full-time positions available — visa sponsorship handled by the company
• Deliver engaging, play-based learning for children aged 2–5, in line with the EYFS framework
• Support early literacy, numeracy, communication, and personal/social development through structured and child-led activities
• Track student progress against EYFS learning goals on a monthly basis, culminating in a report shared with parents and a senior consultant
• Occasional contributions to editorial content for our website

What we're looking for:

• A strong academic track record
• A degree from Oxbridge, a Russell Group university, or an international equivalent
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE/PGDE, or Early Years-specific qualification (e.g. EYPS, Level 3 Early Years Educator) preferred
• Evidence of formal teaching training (e.g. CELTA, PGCE)
• Lesson planning: 1 year (required)
• Teaching or tutoring: 2 years required (5+ preferred), ideally with early years or kindergarten-age children
• Familiarity with the UK EYFS framework and/or equivalent international early years curricula
• Fluent/native-level English (required)
• Warmth, patience, and a natural ability to engage and inspire very young learners
