Facilitate structured and unstructured play experiences that support children's learning and overall development.

Engage and interact with children in a positive, encouraging, and appropriate manner.

Support the development of children's cognitive, social, emotional, communication, and creative skills through purposeful engagement.

Encourage active participation, exploration, curiosity, and positive social interaction among children.

Adapt engagement approaches, developmental stage, abilities, and individual needs of children.

Observe children's participation and behaviour to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.

Maintain a safe, clean, organised, and conducive environment for children's activities.

Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with established safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Provide a positive and professional experience to children, parents, guardians, and other park guests.

Assist in the planning and implementation of children's programmes, events, and park activities.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistent guest experience.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or Management.

Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or any related courses.

Good understanding of child development and appropriate engagement approaches.

Patient, responsible, attentive, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
