Deloitte Southeast Asia is looking for SAP GRC Consultants and Senior Consultants to support enterprise SAP environments, strengthen access governance and deliver application support, enhancements and implementation solutions across the region.

Join our team to help clients manage SAP access risks, improve security controls and optimise business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

SAP GRC & Security Solutions

• Support SAP GRC implementation, configuration, enhancements and application maintenance.
• Work with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments to support governance, risk and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot SAP GRC incidents and access-related issues, including root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Support access governance, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and risk remediation, where applicable.
• Assess integration with related SAP modules and connected systems.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, effort estimation, functional testing and deployment.

AMS / Operate & Production Support

• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 application support and manage escalated production incidents.
• Perform incident and problem management to reduce recurring issues.
• Coordinate permanent fixes, enhancements and service improvements in line with agreed SLAs.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Support continuous improvement across application support and service delivery.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Contribute to SAP GRC implementation and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business users, client IT teams and technical stakeholders.
• Support requirements analysis, testing, deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Facilitate discussions, communicate findings and contribute to project documentation.
• Senior-level candidates may be expected to guide junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of relevant SAP GRC experience in implementation, enhancement or application support.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of SAP GRC processes, related module integration and end-to-end business workflows.
• Ability to derive test scenarios, perform testing and troubleshoot application issues independently.
• Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Good English communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to teamwork, service quality and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to support client-aligned working hours, critical incident rotations and project-related travel where required.

Added advantage: Basic technical debugging experience and the ability to lead discussions or coach junior team members.
