- Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions, including data entry into the systems
- Prepare billing, process payments & reimbursements
- Monthly Bank & AP reconciliations
- Issue monthly statement of accounts to debtors
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
